If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one manages its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by raising it with the provider in writing, and keep copies of what you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Quintaalegrealgarve Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and the outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into the matter, which may involve speaking with the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
